Host Church Frequently Asked Questions

What is the cost to host the livestream at our church?
Pricing is tiered based on your church’s average Sunday attendance (including men, women, children, and teens). Full pricing details are available on the dedicated pricing page.
Can we move up or down a tier based on how many actually attend?
No. Pricing is set by your average Sunday attendance regardless of how many attend the conference itself. You will not be charged more if attendance exceeds expectations, and no adjustments are made if it comes in lower.
When and how do we pay?
Payment is made at the time of registration and is handled directly on the Host Church Registration Form.
What is the refund policy?
We do not offer refunds. However, every registered Host Church receives on-demand access to the conference through December 31, 2026, so if a scheduling conflict arises you can still host the full conference for your men at a later date.
Once we’ve registered, do we have to charge admission for those attending?
No, but you may if you choose to. Many churches provide the conference at no charge; others ask for a suggested donation; we even know of one church that simply puts a “tip jar” in the fellowship hall during the Saturday lunch break. Whether or not you charge — and whether or not you require any sort of attendee registration — is entirely up to you.

What is the registration deadline?
Host Church registration closes on Thursday, July 16, 2026 — the day before the conference begins.
How do I register, and what happens next?
To register, complete and submit the Host Church Registration Form. From there:
- Your email confirmation will include immediate access to promotional materials (flyers, social graphics, email templates, and more).
- Within two weeks, our team will add your church to the Host Church Directory on our website (unless you have opted out — see below).
- On Monday, July 6, 2026, you will receive the actual livestream link via email. If you have not received it by Wednesday, July 8, email Host@1613mensconference.com and include the name of your church and a mobile phone number we can reach you at.
- Tip: add Host@1613mensconference.com to your safe-senders list so important emails don’t land in spam.
- Post-conference, your Host Church access continues through December 31, 2026 for re-viewing (details under “On-Demand Access” below).
Is the Host Church Directory public, and can we opt out?
Yes, the Host Church Directory is published on our website so that men in your area can find a church hosting the conference near them. If you would prefer not to be listed publicly, you may opt out on the registration form (or by emailing Host@1613mensconference.com).

What are the technical requirements for hosting?
We will be livestreaming via SUBSPLASH. You’ll need a reliable internet connection for streaming, a projector or large screen, a sound system, and seating for your group.
How does the livestream work?
Host Churches receive a private 1613 Men’s Conference livestream link via email on Monday, July 6, 2026. Access it on July 17–18 for the live sessions. No recording or rebroadcasting is allowed (this also applies to attendees filming on phones). Post-event on-demand access is available through December 31, 2026.
Will there be a stream test before the conference?
Yes. Our 1613 team will be testing the stream on Thursday, July 16 from the First Financial Center to confirm everything is ready for Friday’s kickoff. We will also provide a test stream for Host Churches from Noon until 12:30pm (Eastern) on Friday, July 17th so that your tech team may verify connectivity, sound, and display during that test window.
What if the stream goes down?
We have built in redundancy on our end: a dedicated internet line plus a bonded cellular backup at the Cincinnati venue, in case something unforeseen happens to the primary line. On your end, if you encounter streaming issues during the event, email Host@1613mensconference.com or call 513-716-4359 for assistance.
What if we are not in the Eastern Time Zone?
We’re time-zone friendly. The livestream goes live at 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, with the official conference start at 6:00 p.m. ET. You may simply start your 1613 Men’s Conference livestream at the corresponding time in your time zone.

What is the conference schedule?
The full Conference Schedule is posted on our website. Once you have the livestream connected, you won’t need to make announcements or play music — we take it from there: the opening prayer, speaker introductions and keynotes, music, and transitions between speakers.
When should we open the doors on Friday?
Plan to open your doors at 5:00 p.m. local time on Friday. We also recommend completing your sound check and video check and joining our pre-conference livestream at that same time, so everything is dialed in before attendees arrive. The official conference begins at 6:00 p.m. local time.
Should our host pastor say anything before we go live?
A brief welcome or opening prayer from your pastor is a nice personal touch, but it’s entirely optional. Once the “Official” stream begins at 6 p.m. local time, we handle the conference from open to close.
What about Friday-evening food?
Friday-evening refreshments are optional and up to you. Many Host Churches provide coffee, water, and a light snack.
What about Saturday lunch?
There is a lunch break on Saturday from 11:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (local time). You’ll need to plan food for your attendees. You might arrange a donation from a local restaurant, grill burgers on-site, or coordinate a potluck. Whatever you do is completely up to you.
Do we need volunteers?
Yes. Plan to recruit greeters (and other helpers as needed) based on the crowd size you are anticipating. A warm welcome at the door makes a meaningful difference, especially for men who may be attending church for the first time.
Do you need a head-count from us?
Yes, please. After the conference, email Host@1613mensconference.com with your church name and total attendance. It helps us report back to our speakers, sponsors, and prayer team on the Lord’s work through this event.

What follow-up resources are included?
You will receive a 12-session Bible study based on 1 Corinthians 16:13–14 to help disciple your men after the event. The study is delivered by email as a PDF, which you are welcome to print and distribute to your attendees.
What does “on-demand access through December 31, 2026” actually let us do?
Your Host Church on-demand access allows the conference to be re-watched at your church — either by individuals or in a group setting. This is ideal if you have a scheduling conflict on July 17–18 and want to host the full conference at a later date, or if you simply want to revisit specific sessions with your men. Recording and rebroadcasting are not permitted.

Some may come because their wife encouraged (or gently nudged) them — while she prays fervently for him at home.
Others may come casually, simply expecting “man stuff” and some great speakers.

No matter why they attend, we are praying that God will meet them — and all of us — in a powerful way. Pray that men will be convicted, inspired, equipped, and encouraged. Pray they will leave resolved to faithfully follow Jesus Christ as better providers, protectors, and servant leaders in their homes, churches, and communities.

And please pray especially for any man who does not yet know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior — that he would come to saving faith during this conference.
