Internet, electricity, and extra furniture are ordered directly through the venue — and early bird pricing won’t last.

Keeping Your Booth Show-Ready
Your booth should stay clean, orderly, and staffed during all exhibit hours. At teardown, you’re responsible for removing all materials, boxes, and trash from your space.
Debris left behind may result in a $50 cleanup fee.
Prohibited Items & Activities
No helium balloons. No excessive noise or amplified sound audible beyond 8 feet of your booth. Materials may not be distributed outside your assigned booth space. Food sampling requires compliance with venue and health regulations — no unauthorized sampling.
Cancellation & Refunds
If 1613 cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including venue cancellation, exhibitors will receive a full refund of payments made.
No refunds are issued for exhibitor cancellations or no-shows.
Liability & Insurance
1613 is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to exhibitor property. By participating, exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1613, its staff, volunteers, contractors, and the venue from claims arising from their participation.
Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage for their materials, staff, and activities.
