Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or continuing to use the 1613 Men’s Conference website, you expressly agree to be bound by all applicable Terms and Conditions. Additionally, when you register for a conference or event, or subscribe to our email list, you confirm that you have read and agree to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Event Agreement.

Collection and Use of Information
When you use our website, or register for an event or purchase tickets or other items through our site, we may retain your name, email address, and other contact details to verify and fulfill your order or to otherwise communicate with you. If you sign up for our newsletter or updates, we may retain your information for communication purposes.

From time to time, we may send promotional messages or special offers from the 1613 Men’s Conference or on behalf of trusted partners whose services or products may benefit you. We may receive compensation for these promotions, which helps us keep registration fees affordable. We may also share your contact information with our event sponsors or partners.

Payment Processing
All transactions are processed via Authorize.net. Charges will appear under 1613 Men’s Conference. Authorize.net will receive your name, billing address, and payment details for processing purposes. We do not store any payment information on our servers or site.

Electronic Communications
By using the 1613 Men’s Conference website or contacting us via email, you consent to receive communications electronically. All agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Marketing to children

This Event Attendee Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between 1613 Men's Conference (“1613”) and any attendee of our conference (collectively, “the Parties”).

By registering for and/or attending a 1613 event, the Parties agree to the following terms:

No Refunds. All ticket or registration purchases for 1613 events are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation, speaker changes, conference rescheduling, or inability to attend.
Assumption of Risk. Attendees and vendors assume all risks incidental to participation in any and all activities during the event, including potential loss, injury, or damage to personal property. The Parties hereby indemnify and release 1613, its management, staff, agents, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of participation in the event.
Payment Processing Notice. Payments made for event registration may appear as charges from the 1613 Men’s Conference.
Prohibited Solicitation. Attendees agree not to solicit vendors, speakers, or other attendees during the event for purposes unrelated to the event itself, including business promotion, recruitment, or sales of goods or services.
Booth Conduct for Vendors/Exhibitors. Vendors and exhibitors must remain in or near their designated booth area at all times.
Media Authorization. Attendee understands and agrees that their participation in the event may result in their image, likeness, or voice being captured in photographs, video recordings, or other media by 1613, its affiliates, or event participants. Attendee grants 1613 and its designees—including sponsors, exhibitors, contractors, and media personnel—the unrestricted right to use such media, including their name, image, voice, and likeness, as well as any reproductions thereof, for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes, in any format now known or developed in the future, without further compensation or approval. This includes using such media, in whole or in part, for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes, including but not limited to display on 1613 websites, social media platforms, and other related publications or communications, without further notice or compensation. If an attendee is interviewed by 1613, an exhibitor, or other event-affiliated party while at the convention, attendee hereby grants permission for that interview to be used and published on 1613 or exhibitor websites, social media platforms, and other related media channels.
Code of Conduct. All Parties agree to refrain from disruptive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior towards 1613 staff, speakers, volunteers, vendors, and other attendees. Any such behavior shall be grounds for immediate removal from the event without refund, and 1613 reserves the right to deny participation at future events.
Privacy and Email Communication. 1613 does not sell attendee email addresses. However, by registering for or attending the event, attendees acknowledge and agree that their email address may be shared with official event sponsors as a part of their sponsorship package, and for their limited promotional use. Additionally, 1613 may contact attendees via email, text, or phone, with updates, event announcements, and sponsor offers. Attendees may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in such communications.
Right of Removal. 1613 reserves the right to remove or refuse access to any individual, speaker, exhibitor, or attendee, at any time before, during, or after the event, for violation of this Agreement or for any other reason deemed necessary by 1613 in its sole discretion.
Force Majeure. 1613 shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform any part of this Agreement due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, governmental regulations, natural disasters, pandemics, or other causes beyond the control of 1613. In such cases, no refunds shall be issued.
No Guarantee of Content or Schedule. 1613 reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, speaker lineup, session topics, venue, or other event components at its sole discretion. Such changes shall not be grounds for a refund.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1613’s total liability to any attendee or vendor for any claim arising under this Agreement shall be limited to the amount paid for event registration. In no event shall 1613 be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. Any legal action arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have executed this Agreement by registering for and/or attending the 1613 Men’s Conference.
